scheduling mode has been added to the DailyView dispatch board. This alternate
method of scheduling gives you the ability to visually schedule jobs without
specifying either a start or end time. To create a primary tech's schedule you simply
drag and drop jobs into the desired order. This
a a great scheduling tool for companies that want to prioritize their jobs and
service calls but would rather not assign discrete times.

Wintac's innovative
Applications tool has been dramatically enhanced with powerful scheduling
and work order creation capabilities. You can now build a single Application
consisting of multiple Task Groups - each one of which is used to
automatically create a work order for a specified job date. Furthermore, you
can apply the Application globally to multiple customers at one time.
So, for example, let's say you have a lawn care business and you want to
schedule a four-stage fertilizer plan for a group of customers. You can now
create a reusable application consisting of a Task Group and associated Job
Date for each stage. Then, with just a few mouse clicks, you can have Wintac
automatically schedule and generate work orders for each stage of the
fertilizer plan for each of the customers.

Wintac's work order management

been significantly improved. Multiple receipts paid by a single check are now

user-defined registers require an administrator-level password to gain access.
Additionally, you can limit access based on the account type of the
